VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

As on previous occasions we have used VIP, the driver was on time at both collection and delivery. The service is very good, although I am still perplexed as to why the dash cam is always disconnected on collection at the airport.

They were not the cheapest in this category but have been very happy with them in the past so booked them again. Cannot fault the service once again.

Excellent service at Manchester, far more efficient now under new system. On return straight across the road from departures to car park and collect car... simples!! Have been using this service for years and can't fault it.

As always a great service from this company. Waiting for us at departures and a very short wait on arrival to collect. Makes the start of the holiday much less stressful.

Excellent service. We use them every time at Manchester Airport. The driver who met us pointed out that we had put down the wrong date for our return- well spotted. Drivers were waiting for us both for departure and return - important as Manchester Airport now charges for pick up and drop off. We would recommend VIP Parking.

Great customer service with this company., even when we had to change our return flight. Highly recommended.

Very efficient service. Rang up 15 minutes before arrival. Agent on scene to collect car. Friendly greeting, explained process and same on arrival back. Ring up on collection of baggage and 10 minutes later met them with our vehicle in car Park as stated. £4.00 to pay each end but not their fault. Only concern which is minor is that wherever they take your vehicle is 3.5 miles away from airport.. but to be fair...use them 3 times a year and never had any damage to car.
