Not as good as in previous years, not entirely your fault, more to do with the alterations to Manchester Airport but feel you should tell people about the long walk on the return, this especially important to older and less active people, don't think we will be able to use your service again because of this.

Excellent service. We have used many meet and greet services but these are by far the most efficient. We arrived at the airport and they were there to meet us, same on the way back. No waiting around. Very friendly. Would definitely use again.

We have used VIP many times now and they are always reliable. Friendly drivers and good service at a fair price. We have had a few " cowboys " in the past so we now know the ones to avoid and stick with VIP where possible. Keep up the good work and competitive prices.

I have used this firm about 4 times now at Manchester Airport. We went to Florida 28.2.19 for 14 days via T2. The parking was exemplary and very prompt. I am very impressed by them. I am a retired Police officer and recommend them unreservedly.
