Its the first time I have used it and I found it poorly signposted to get to meeting point and poorly signposted getting back. Other than that good ....Just need some signs for newbies.

Your contact man at Manchester airport was organized and patient when trying to get me and my car into the airport during a taxi blockade into all 3 terminals . Without his efforts I would have missed my flight. Many thanks to him.

Have used this meet & greet a few times now. Excellent service. Collected the car within 2 minutes of arrival and delivered the car back to me within 3 minutes. Will use again.

We always use VIP parking. Very happy with the service....a little late on our return but it was Manchester T3....a nightmare of a place re drop-off/pick-up.

We have used VIP many times before and they have always been very punctual, but this time we had to wait over 30 minutes on our arrival back at Manchester. My main concern is that every time we use them, they disconnect the Dash-cam, despite me requesting them not to.
