VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

This is the 2nd time we have used park and go it's so easy to use from the easy booking system to ringing up 10 minutes before you get to the airport and someone is waiting for you!!!when we land we ring up when we are collecting our bags and the cars waiting for us, all warm and ready to go. First class service every time.

Excellent start to finish...cost and professionalism! Even when I had to extend for 24 hours at short notice due to delay it was done without fuss and very little additional cost! Recommend 100%!

Poor customer service due to bad attitude on the phone, for pick up and delivery.

I have used VIP for parking at Manchester many times. Unfortunately this time a little disappointed. No problem with collection and delivery perfect but my car came back splattered with bird poo. I have an expensive Audi A7 I expected it to be looked after better then that.

Prompt service as usual on drop off. Car was returned albeit we had to wait over 15 minutes and had to walk quite a bit to bus stop E at terminal 2 to pick car up. If you have to walk much further it would be easier to park in the long term.

Disappointed when we collected the car it was covered in mud.

The meet and greet was excellent, dropping off and picking up no waiting either end of my holiday. The driver was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use and recommend this service again.

The meet and greet was very efficient. No waiting, but I have to say the car was very dirty, only having been cleaned the day before drop off,and the seating configuration altered.

4.5 really. Would have been 5 but footwell a little bit muddy and seats had position moved. Other than that a brilliant service.
