VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

First class service even at 4am! The driver was courteous and turned up looking professional, even early in the morning. We always use VIP meet & greet when flying from Manchester - brilliant service.

All good, met in 5 minutes after arrival to Terminal 3, car brought back in 15 minutes after tel call, no problems at all.

Brilliant again. Always on time. As we arrived driver arrived. See you in May.

Good service. Car returned with only a few miles on the clock. Just a little confusion on our return understanding where to meet driver due to poor mobile signal and me being unfamilier with layout of Manchester airport. Required a couple of calls and therefore took longer to meet up than it should.

Meet & Greet was before 6am,. Driver named Dave/C is very efficient, pleasant & helpful. Our collection time ran late due to airline problems & Dave was still excellent, no complaint from him. Will use again, will recommend to family & friends.

We got confused by the drop off instructions and tried to get into the official meet and greet car park but you are not an official company. We had to ask security on the main car park to let us in which they did, you were waiting and that was fine. Returning you told us to wait at a bus stop outside the car park and that was Ok but it was dark, we got no chance to check car, and driver left quickly. Before we could get loaded a "Traffic enforcement" SUV stopped and the guy told us we could not park there. I understood that and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Faultless, flight home delayed by two days but car there and ready within ten minutes of collecting luggage.

Excellent service. Waiting for us on arrival at T2. 5 minute wait after landing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
