VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Excellent service, the guy was waiting when we arrived and then on return the car was waiting for us - fantastic service.

Once again we had excellent service from VIP Meet and Greet. Always on time and with a smile. We use them 4 or 5 times a year and would never use anyone else.

Excellent service once again. No waiting at departure or arrival. Will use their meet & greet service every time we travel.

Hiccup on return because transfer point wasn't made clear - we may have got a parking ticket which we will pass back.

Always try and use VIP parking. have used others when VIP was unavailable and they are by far the best. Always very friendly And most importantly always on time.

Drop off at the airport was quick, simple and thorough.The driver took a note of the mileage, I signed the paperwork and away he went. Pick up at Terminal 2 wasn’t the best, apparently Manchester Airport won’t allow car parking drivers to drop the cars of at the front of the airport outside arrivals, so it kind of defeats the object of using VIP Meet And Greet having to walk around to a bus stop to pick up your car, okay on a dry day but not so good on a wet day. It would have been closer using the meet and greet parking service at Terminal 2. Maybe VIP Meet And Greet need to try to do something about the situation otherwise they’re going to lose custom, such a shame really as their service is so good.

Great service, does exactly what it says on the tin!

We were very pleased with the efficient and friendly service we received both on the outward and inward flights. We shall certainly look to use the same service again.

They were waiting for me at the terminal gate to take my car at 5 am. Upon return, I called and they came promptly within 10 minutes to deliver my car. I was really impressed by their good service. My car only had 10 miles added on it so they didn't use it for private errands. Excellent service!
