Used this service many times and excellent as ever. Arrived at terminal 3 Manchester and the guy was waiting for us as we pulled in to the drop off point. Car handed over, paperwork signed and off we went on holiday. On return, quick phone call, walked around and again the car was ready and waiting for us. Highly recommended company.

When we phoned VIP 15 minutes from Manchester Airport. VIP said we were not on the list. It took 3 further phone calls to VIP for them to agree to meet us. This is not the experience we wanted at 3.30am it delayed us over 30 minutes for check in.
