VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

When we phoned VIP 15 minutes from Manchester Airport. VIP said we were not on the list. It took 3 further phone calls to VIP for them to agree to meet us. This is not the experience we wanted at 3.30am it delayed us over 30 minutes for check in.

I always use Park and Go at Manchester Airport, never had a problem with them in seven years. Staff are always on time, polite and helpful. I will continue to use and recommend them. Excellent service, thank you again.

Perfect. Driver waiting to collect our car at the airport terminal. Quickly removed luggage, checked and signed. On return after phone call on leaving luggage collection driver delivered car within two minutes of arriving at collection point. Couldn't be improved on will definitely use again.

Summer is the most difficult time for all companies providing this type of service, simply because it is very busy and planes do not come in exactly as planned. I use this company most weeks and the service is excellent; it is only in the summer when a minor wait might result. This would happen no matter which company was used, so overall, in my opinion these guys are consistently among the best.
