VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Overall I was very pleased with the service. However we found when we were a little late dropping off (because of a bit of a jam on the ramp leading to the drop off area)your operative was not very understanding and was a bit short over the phone.

Mid range rating for me I am sorry to say. On arrival after calling 20 minutes ahead of arriving I still had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for the Meet & Greet Guy to come and take my car away. Also on arrival back there was a smell of "smoking" in the car but I think this was more down to the fact that the guy greeting us had been smoking rather then him smoking in the car. Would seriously have to consider using them again.

I have used the services of Park and Go at different airports on several occasions. The experience is always positive, with high confidence that my car will be taken care of and the usual hassles of airport parking removed. The use of VIP parking when travelling with a large load or family group is particularly helpful. The cost seems little more than standard rates so a relative bargain as well.

the man was waiting for us on arrival at terminal 3, in a company polo shirt making it easier than other firms I have used before. Checks was quickly completed fuel and mileage noted. On return, it was chucking it down and a little more chaotic but still good, we was asked to meet 2 minutes away as terminal 3 was very busy, checks was done and okay. Best meet and greet I have used so far.

This is a great service. We were a bit early having allowed too much time for traffic we didn't encounter so we had to wait 5 minutes or so for the car to be collected but it was waiting for us on our return. Instructions were clear and drivers pleasant.

I have used VIP Meet & Greet on a number of occasions and cannot recommend them enough. They offer a prompt reliable service with pleasant staff at a competitive price. I have already booked my car in with them for my next trip.

After arriving home after picking up the car from the airport I noticed a mark on the rear side of my car. After numerous phone calls I was finally told that they would look at car the next time I took it in after booking with them again! I will not be booking with them again and would not recommend anyone else to do so!
