No waiting when we dropped off or on our return. Great service.

Very professional and efficient company with friendly staff. Very short wait for our pick up and return of the car. The car came back washed too which was great.

I have always used VIP In Manchester whenever they have availability as they are always there when you need them unlike some other operators at Manchester. I have been kept waiting over 30 minutes due to over bookings with other operators, so even if VIP are more expensive, I use them. Cheers guys, see you Monday.

WHEN RETURNING FROM HOLIDAY YOU EXPECT YOUR CAR TO BE IN THE CONDITION YOU LEFT IT.THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR WAS FILTHY, BUT MORE ANNOYING WAS MY WIFE COULD NOT GET IN THE PASSENGER SEAT BECAUSE IT WAS FULLY RECLINED TO ITS MAXIMUM AS IF SOMEONE HAD BEEN HAVING A SLEEP IN IT. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
