It’s just so easy. It takes the stress and time to get right to the front of departures. On return it takes minutes after collecting baggage to having car delivered close to arrivals. Have used VIP Meet and Greet multiple times.

Amazing service! Everything was so smooth and easy. We booked through another meet and greet last year and it was a disaster. Paid for terminal drop off and pick up and they made us meet them at the nearest car park.. which was close to the terminal but not what we paid for. Then called them 15 minutes before as stated and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to arrive when we got there. Whereas this time they literally arrived 1 minute after we did (drop off at terminal), and the car was there about 2 minutes after we got to the meeting place. The whole team we dealt with were really friendly and polite. Won't go anywhere else now! Out whole flying experience started and ended so well because the team made it so easy and enjoyable!

Extremely courteous and efficient. I've used other meet and greet services in the past and you're waiting for ages for the car to be returned. Not VIP Meet and Greet. Literally 5 minutes from calling. Exceptional service, would never use anyone else now when I'm flying from Manchester.

Brilliant service. Waited 5 minutes on arrival at the airport and 5 minutes on the return. Very happy, excellent value.

The simply wonderful team called to check on our progress. Progress? We were stuck on the motorway going so slowly owing to coned-off lanes with no work in sight. So much for leaving in plenty of time. Anyway, VIP Meet and Greet Parking, Manchester pulled out all the stops to make sure that they were waiting exactly to meet us and we were into the airport within one minute. Now that really is service. And they patiently guided us on our return. Thank you again for the continued service and support.
