Everything ran to plan. The rep collected the car from me as agreed and it was returned to me 5 minutes after contacting them. I was very pleased with the service.

We have used different meet and greets over the years and were unsure to use them again with various issues. This time was different. We were greeted soon as we got to departures and again when we returned. No waiting around looking for the car to appear. Would use VIP parking again without any hesitation. In fact in May.

Used several meet & greet services before, but this experience was the best by far. Very quick to collect and equally as quick to deliver on our return. Intend to book again and just hope this is their standard and that it wasn't a fluke experience on this occasion.

Excellent service. We arrived early but no problems, driver collecting car was there in 5 minutes and very polite. We received the same excellent service on our return.
