VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Used VIP parking for the 4th time and once again an excellent service. Rang 15 minutes before arrival at Manchester terminal 3 and driver was there within 2 minutes of arrival. Handed over keys and off we went to the terminal. On arrival back, collected luggage and rang to advise. walked out of arrivals, crossed over and within 5 minutes, the driver arrived with the car. After reading horror stories of cowboy companies doing this same job, it was a pleasure to deal with this company.

As always the service is excellent, the staff were exceptional. I will continue to use Park and Go and recommend the company to family and friends. Thank you once again.

I was really impressed with how easy to use the service was, no waiting in a cold wet car park at 4am waiting for a bus !! I also made a mistake with my booking date which was sorted with no fuss at all. I will definitely use this service again.

Arrived fairly quickly to pick up vehicle after I called - the only problem with Manchester T3 is you have to keep going round until driver arrives as it is drop off/pick up only and parking attendants are strict! On return vehicle arrived within 15 minutes of me calling to say we had got bags and were coming through customs. Vehicle returned as left and drivers on both occasions pleasant. Much better than having to get a bus to somewhere off airport/airport hotel car park.

Meet and Greet worked a treat at T3 Manchester. Called 15mins before arrival and man ready and waiting. On return called when all bags collected and car turned up in minutes. In and Out. Will use again.

Have used VIP for several holidays and never had any trouble, car collected and ready for the return journey with 5-10 minutes at the most. Sometimes quicker than that. Very satisfied.
