Continuing to book VIP Parking because they do exactly what they say. We phone a mobie number, 15 or so mins before expected arrival at Manchester Airport - in our case from Thelwall Viaduct. They give very clear directions where to stop at the airport. Their driver is usually waiting at kerbside but if not no more than a few minutes. On return, phone same number, once luggage is collected then go along to designated location which, for Terminal 2, is the drop off point at "Check in" level. Often waiting but longest we've ever had to wait was 12 mins. Drivers are friendly and pleasant, without exception and help with luggage. Will happily use VIP again.

The gentleman was waiting for us when we arrived as I had rang about 15 min before we got there. The man was waiting for us. When we got back we rang when we had collected our luggage and by the time we got to departures as instructed the car was there waiting for us very good service will use again.

Excellent service prompt collection and delivery of car even gave my car a quick wash down. We've used VIP meet and greet many times now after using other alternative car parking options we would always use VIP for parking at Manchester airport.
