VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Been using VIP Meet and Greet for over 10 years. They used to turn up well dressed with a folder with all the details and go through everything before picking up the car. Not this time. The level of service has gone down thus 4 stars. A positive is that they picked up the car from our nearby on-site hotel. A big negative was that the rear of the car was covered in disgusting bird poo from the time they had the car and the chap delivering it back to us said he would've jet washed if he had seen it. Their telephone comms are helpful but could be a lot clearer and less rushed. People unfamiliar with the service or airport would most definitely struggle.

Pick up and drop off experience was excellent. 5 stars The car came back absolutely filthy inside and out. There was mud absolutely everywhere and all the settings on the car had been changed. 3 star average.

This was a really good experience, receives calls to ask if we had set off, traffic situation. Car ready on time when we arrived.

I had to change my arrival time so emailed. Quickly got an email back with new voucher. Arrived at Manchester airport after phoning with the 15 minutes asked for. Man was waiting for me even though weather was lousy. He quickly looked at car and I signed a form then he helped with my suitcase and showed me across the road to the door I needed to go to. Perfect service going out. On return I was only able to email once to say my flight was delayed as I had WiFi at the hotel I had been put up in. I had no idea till when. It turned out to be an 18 hour delay. I emailed when I landed and when I picked up my luggage about 40 minutes later I rang the number provided and was advised where to go. Very short walk, 2 minutes if that, and the lady waiting with my car was lovely even loading my suitcase into the car for me. I was extremely happy with every part of the service and will definitely book VIP Meet and Greet again.

Rather confusing instructions for the drop off but other than that all was good. The restrictions at the airport meant that we endlessly circled the airport roundabouts until we were called as this would have cost us £25!!

Highly recommend Park & Go, we had a van which was just over 2m in height and was struggling to find meet & greet but this company, the only one I found, catered for vehicles that would not go under the 2m high barrier. We flew out of and back to Manchester airport. There was a huge delay back but communication with Park & Go meant everything went smoothly for them and ourselves. We will definitely use next time.
