I got to the location to find that the car park was closed, and looked like it had been for a while, called the phone number on the gate to be told to use the main airport car park, I would have expected to be told off this change in advance, when I went to leave the car park they tried to charge me full price for the time I had been there as it didn't recognize my number plate, had to speak with someone to resolve the situation, I won't be using this company anymore, very unprofessional

Used this facility many times. On this occasion I returned to the car to find the driver's seat had not only been moved in terms of rake but also significantly in its height. Why the height? You're only parking it. Took me a while to adjust it back to my normal driving position.

we had a late flight back into Newcastle the only problem I had the time we had to wait for a bus to pick us back up. We had two children and it was very cold. When there is a few flights coming in at the same time it would be good to have more buses on at peak times .

Great service at Park & Fly, 3 stays at this car park this year and all booked through Park & Go and each time no record once we arrived... checked with Park & Fly the day before on our last holiday and same again, unable to get in touch with Park & Go due to shut on Saturday afternoon. Each time Park and Fly were brilliant and it was sorted out.

Came back off holiday to find my car was scratched, still waiting for a response. The guy was very friendly who was dealing with the issue.

Would have rated the service as a 5 as per usual, however the man who collected us on our return was extremely rude. Taking another couples bags and then ours he then shouted to the couple 'get in the bus then' the way he spoke was extremely rude and un called for. Sort it out!

I had difficulty finding the car park - the directions could be clearer and the map was misleading. I drove past the airport entrance road to the next roundabout. On return to pick up the car, I was not dropped off at the office and had to walk there (with luggage) to collect the keys and then walk to where the car was parked. Probably not use this site again.

When checking car in, the person on desk could not trace my booking, a lot of time was wasted looking for the booking details. Journey to and from the airport was first-class. Score would have been a 5 had it not been for the delay checking-in my vehicle

Arrival at the car park and the service and transfer to the airport was fantastic! Shame the same can't be said for our pick up at the airport; we arrived back in the early hours and were outside waiting with a 4 and 13yr old. We were told by others waiting for a different company we had just missed a bus so we assumed another would be along shortly. How ever after waiting for 1/2hr we made the decision that I would walk over and collect the car!! I managed to walk to the car park and collect my keys before seeing any bus from the company. Getting the keys and car was quick and easy! Would have a 5 review if we had been picked up from the airport instead of us left standing and me having to walk, good job it's very close to the airport!!
