Arrival with car and registration was fine, if a little slow. Shuttle service back from airport was very slow...waiting around 30 minutes for the minibus. No 'step' available for my wife, with knee problems.

We have used the car park before and found it satisfactory. This time we were upgraded to the short term car park at the airport, but arriving back after midnight it was difficult to work out how to get past the barrier. The ticket did not work, and I thought I may have to go to the pay machine, which I did. This gave me a very high price, which I did not accept. The on site attendant eventually let the car out when they received the correct reference number from me.

We have used Newcastle Park and Fly before and found them perfect - efficient, friendly and polite. This time our flights were complex and I was not entirely surprised that they were not waiting for us on our return. We phoned, explained who we were and expected to be collected. 25 minutes later we phoned again. This time the minibus arrived, but refused to set off before he had cleared us over the radio link despite us giving him our booking card. In the meanwhile we heard things over the radio link that we would rather not have heard! When we got back to base service continued poor with no apology. Next time I will look at other comments and book elsewhere if anyone else has had problems.

a smile on arival would not kill any one. on return was handed 2 diffrent keys before thay found mine.

we were standing waiting on a bus early morning had a bit of a wait felt buses werent big enough as quite a few people and only could take 8 or less so had to wait on buses going and returning same on way home from airport

Used Newcastle airport parking. Found directions difficult as I kept going to next roundabout which specifically mentioned Prestwick. If you had mentioned follow airport roundabout towards hotel, it would be easier.

The instruction to find the parking were not clear, and the sign posting to the parking lot was very poor. The other services were very good.

All fine except it was expensive, and that was the cheapest I could find. I did hear that Newcastle is now the most expensive airport to park at, not sure why, but it will certainly influence my decision to fly from there again as the prices used to be normal.
