Reviewed on 31st May 2009Firstly i thought the car park was difficult to find the directions were not very good. When i arrived a bit late because of driving around trying to find the place i was then told to go to the short stay at the airport and was given a ref no which would allow me to leave without extra payment. That was ok but i did have a lot of problems before i got out the car park when i returned. Overall it was not a great experience and while i may not be flying from newcastle very often i dont think i would use this park again.

Reviewed on 15th February 2009The car park was good but the minibus they sent to pick us up at the airport was too small for the amount of passengers so had to wait in the freezing cold and they could have cleared the windscreen of the car of thick snow and cleared pathway to the boot as that was thick with snow also.
