Apart from having to phone to be picked up despite being told I would be seen on CCTV, everything was fine. At £28 for 36 hrs it's not cheap.

I always use Park & Fly Newcastle as it is convenient and the price is competitive. I have always had good service from the pleasant staff.

Bit disappointed with the wait for a shuttle bus to take us to the airport. We waited for nearly 30 mins then when the lady arrived she didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing, no organisation or system to allowing people on the bus.

Great car parking facility and one we always use. We waited a little longer than normal to be picked up from the return flight, but apart from that a very good service.

Waited longer than I ought to have being picked up at the Airport pickup point, otherwise good, as usual.

As usual good service and very reliable. Only negative being a gentleman who worked for park & fly seemed to be driving dangerously as we entered, this was reported to the reception on our arrival, the same gentleman drove us to the airport and along with another couple we all thought his driving was dangerous and erratic. Gentleman who collected us from airport on our return was extremely polite and helpful. Any questions please contact me.

When we arrived they couldn't find the booking, then when we got back, they couldn't find the car key. However it was all resolved reasonably quickly and the car was waiting for us. Polite and courteous service, thank you.

a very good service outbound and inbound I would use this company again. The only problem was finding the location, at the roundabout for the airport you need a bigger sign, I ended up in Dinnington at one stage and the airport complex on another try, until i stumbled upon the correct exit. The staff were very helpful and my car safe and sound.
