Hassle free parking but only one bus doing pick ups when two should have been used because of number of customers waiting to go and collect vehicles.

My only comment would be that we had to call up for the bus when we got back, otherwise everything was great.

I have used this car park a number of times and have been pleased with the service each time.

Perfectly efficient and if the guys in the office were a bit more friendly and welcoming I'd have scored 5 out of 5.

No record of my booking when we arrived to leave the car although I had reference number. Staff on duty dealt with the matter efficiently and we were able to leave our car and start our Holiday.

I have used park and fly on a number of occasions before and have had no trouble. This time, for some reason, although I had not done anything different, when we arrived at the car park, there did not appear to be a record of our booking. We were asked Our details again, but it was sorted out very quickly. Otherwise, as usual, everything went according to plan, and service was A1. We will continue to use service, as before.

I would recommend Newcastle Park and fly. Easy to book on line. Quick transfer time to and from the airport. Pleasant staff.

Used it a numerous of times now without any problems and staff always friendly and helpful.

Drop off and getting to the airport was good but getting picked up had a long wait and the bus had to return due to the amount of people waiting.

Really handy location less than 2 mins from the airport and the drop offs and collections are always prompt.
