Reviewed on 15th August 2011The reception was friendly amd quick with everything ready to receive my car. The transfer to the airport was also efficient. There was a very short wait for a transfer bus back to the carpark. The driver dropped us off, together with our luggage, virtually next to my car. A quick visit to the office to collect my key and we were on our way home much more quickly than at any other UK airport where I have parked my car

Reviewed on 13th June 2011We have used the service for several years now as we have always found the service excellent. This year there was a fairly long wait at the collection point, and was only speeded-up by another gentleman calling up on his mobile so a point dropped there I'm afraid. Otherwise the usual efficient service that I would recommend to anyone.

Reviewed on 29th March 2011Staff are friendly and the transport to the airport is never more than a couple of minutes wait. Nearly always at the pick up point on your return, I have never in the last three to four years ever had to phone for the transport back. Always the cheapest option when flying from Newcastle.

Reviewed on 17th March 2011Excellent site very close to airport and easy to fnd. Had a shortmwait for a mini bus to the airport but bus was there waiting on our return. An excellent experience overall.

Reviewed on 6th February 2011Got a free upgrade to the air port car park. The pluses were that we parked near the terminal and did not have to wait for a transfer bus. The downside was that it was not as secure as he main car park and we had to take our car keys on holiday. When we returned it took 10 mins for someone to answer the intercom within the airport to let us get out (I understand that this is out of the control of park and Go)
