Directions to the car park site need to be improved,the directions with the booking confirmation had me in the airport,it should include a small map. The parking provision was first class and felt secure.The drop off and pick was good and the mini-bus was clean (not like some others i've used).

Delay in being picked up fortunately picked up by Novotel coach-timely pick ups on return trips are in important.

I use Park and Fly on between 3 and 6 occasions a year and usually I have absolutely no criticsm to make. But on this occasion I found the reception member a little unprofessional referring to me as 'mate'. On our return we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before we saw a vehicle at the airport to pick up. At least two other customers became impatient and began ringing the office to ascertain why there was a delay.

The reason I have only given it a 4 was the not very pleasant attitude on arriving at the site being told that my booking must be for somewhere else because it wasn't on the printed computer list. When the computer was checked it had arrived and all was well. The doors to the office could be more clearly marked (perhaps a large adhesive no entry sign) and then shortly after another customer went into the office side door and where "instructed" the other door!! But good position and will use again.
