Newcastle Park and Fly Reviews

I had never used Park and Fly and was a bit doubtful after watching Watchdog. I left my car on a week holiday and the service in which was provided was great, the staff where friendly and helpful and took us to the airport, on return the mini bus was waiting for us and returned us to our car which was parked up and had never been moved. Would definately use Newcastle Park and Fly again.

A reliable service

Staff friendly and efficient. Car ready and waiting despite us being delayed for a day. However signage is poor from main road- easy to miss turn-off as it appears to lead to a hotel.A more visible sign is needed.

Transfer to and from the airport was fast and hassle free.Bus waiting when we came back.Staff friendly.Would definitely use them again

you should provide a free phone number for travellers to call for the bus on their return to the airport

would recomend park and fly,no hassel leave your car taken to airport,pickup when you return.

Would be 5 but for the member of staff who gave me my car keys without speaking to me at all. Quick pick ups

Directions o k. But on arrival desk had no record of my booking. luckily i had downloaded my reciept. Staff spot on . driver good esp. in the terrible snow/windy conditions

Overall very good. Helpful staff and I was upgraded to short stay as i was only staying for around 30 hours. This meant that I parked right by the terminal at no extra cost. Will definitely use again.

Very efficient service at both ends- did not have to hang around on return as had been the case on a previous experience.
