I just wish your parking place wasn't over 12 miles away so I always clock an extra 25 miles when you park it. Otherwise all very good and came back fairly clean as well.

Very efficient and friendly.

Arrival procedure was efficient with driver waiting to collect my car. Had to wait 15 minutes on return but car arrived back nice and clean. Staff were courteous and telephone instructions clear and precise. Would certainly use again.

Great service, no problems at all. Clear instructions on arrival and no long delay on return. The only thing I would suggest would be to include the cost to exit from Stansted car park to be pre-paid, rather than having to give cash to the driver on arrival.

The set-down and pick-up worked fine. As pick up only took 3 minutes, I am not sure why you need to use the Red Car Park (now at £5 a go) and not the Express lane (at £3.50 a go).

Worked well the dropping off and picking up but.........to have to pay £4.50 on arrival for car park fee,then another £4.50 on your return for car park exit makes this not as cheap as it would seem when booked, although it IS stated quite clearly under car parking information. It's only for this reason I don't think I'd use this one again.

Excellent collection as always. Return also as normal which means your operator says 10 to 12 minutes and it's always 15 to 18 minutes which means we always wait for 5 minutes unnecessarily in the cold. Why not just say 15 to 18 in the first place? It's no problem!

The system was very good, they helped me through and told me exactly where to go. They didn't mention the extra £4.50 you have to pay when coming in and leaving the car park which meant I ended up spending almost £60 to park my car for 2 days which I think is very unreasonable.

Drop off and collection very efficient and accommodated our early arrival. Will certainly use again. The only minor point was the charge in the Orange short stay car park which is now £4.50 not £3.50 as stated on line. I think Stansted are taking the Michael when others provide either 15 minutes free or a flat £2 charge for meet and greet companys.

Short stay 7 nights and delayed return. Straight forward, phoned 20 mins out and on arrival at ticket barrier. Met in the car park. Quick check of car and a couple of security questions and into airport. On return phoned after picking up luggage through customs and car was waiting where we left it with driver, again a couple of security questions to confirm I was who I said I was, checked car and drove away. Handed over £3.50 on arrival so driver could get out of car park and again on leaving as driver had already paid. Simple easy Thanks, have used before and will use again.
