APC Meet and Greet Reviews

Very good service as always with them.

All went well. Only comment is the guy who collected our car at Stansted was discourteous to a customer who was waiting for his car to be delivered. The customer asked how much longer his car would be and my guy just told him "we're busy right now" and then walked off.

Waited a short while when we arrived at the airport but on our return the driver was there waiting so no complaints!

Friendly drivers, good price and overall service.

Very happy with service. It just took around 10 minutes to get hold of anyone on a late flight back. Paperwork incorrect as it told us to go the red car park when in fact we were meant to be picked up from 'set Down'

The only comment that I would make is that my car was cleaned before it was dropped off and when it was delivered back to me on Saturday it was covered in a layer of brown dust - initially it looked like it had been sprayed with paint but it did eventually come off. I don't know whether the cars are kept outside under the flightpath but it would perhaps be nice if they were quickly washed over to ensure they are clean as when they came in? Just a suggestion - other than that you provided a faultless, easy to use, professional and polite service and which we will definitely be using again and will be recommending to friends and family. This was the first time we have used APC Meet and Greet at Stansted. Leaving and retrieving our car worked well. It was good value for money - and we will definitely use the service. again

Everything worked well. Staff very friendly and business-like. The 'meet and greet' was not quite what it said on the tin. Despite giving satnav-based arrival time - accurate to within a minute - we still had to ring on arrival to get the driver out of the terminal building, and wait about ten minutes for our car to arrive on return. But overall, good VfM.

On the whole a good service. But slow returning car when we got back to Stansted - but the airport was overwhelmed with returning passengers, so somewhat understandable.
