No complaints during car drop in. But for car return, it takes a while for you to get there. I remembered the guy taking the car made a note that I'm on hand luggage only, so it should be short timing after the immigration check point. I called in right after the check point as per instructions, was told to wait around 10 min. It takes 30 min to get you there.

Very good service. Quick and convenient, will use again. This service makes a nonsense of long stay parks/waiting for buses etc etc

Excellent service. Collected my car on time outside the terminal and it was there when I returned from my holiday, again outside the terminal.

Great service on arrival at Stansted, really was meet and greet 5 minute turn round, same collecting car, could not be faulted, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Everything worked well. Staff very friendly and business-like. The 'meet and greet' was not quite what it said on the tin. Despite giving satnav-based arrival time - accurate to within a minute - we still had to ring on arrival to get the driver out of the terminal building, and wait about ten minutes for our car to arrive on return. But overall, good VfM.

On the whole a good service. But slow returning car when we got back to Stansted - but the airport was overwhelmed with returning passengers, so somewhat understandable.
