APC Meet and Greet Reviews

Great service and price and would recommend you using them. Slight problem with drop off but this was due to the car park operator closing the Red Short Stay car park off as it was full. This was nothing to do with Park and Go but they resolved it. Vechicle turned up as we walked out of the terminal building. Thanx

Would have given 5 star rating except when 20 mins from airport phoned as directed and they couldn't find our details which was worrying!..told to phone another number and was told someone would get back to us and to continue to airport by then almost at airport(Stansted)and had not been contacted so went into service station and phoned again they were surprised no-one had contacted us and said someone would ring us back within 2 minutes with instructions where to take car which they did! Drop off was at express drop off zone much better than at short stay car park which is where printout had stated. On return 4 weeks later phoned as instructed and car was delivered within 5 minutes to same drop off point. Excellent although car was covered in thick dust to be expected I suppose after 4 weeks. Only cost £2 to get out of airport. Will definitely use APC Meet and greet next time I travel.

I have used a variety of meet & greet companies across a number of UK airports. My recent experience at Stansted was very, very good indeed. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and prompt. Being able to park as close to the terminal was a real bonus. I will certainly be using your company again - many thanks.

Okay on car drop off. However, waited for over 20 minutes for the car to be delivered to our pick up point to the point and when it arrived there was evidence of damage to the car that had occurred when we were away.

First time using APC Meet and Greet and will definitely use them again. All went to plan and pleasant staff.
