No complaints at all. Very efficient collection and return - barely had to wait at all. Will def use again.

Not very pleased. Followed your written instructions to the letter. Telephoned 20 minutes before arrival. Arrived at the RED car park as per your written instructions. Waited 10 minutes. Telephoned your office only to be told I was at the wrong place. EXCUSE ME. GO TO THE RED CAR PARK. I DID. Now you want me to go somewhere else. Flying is stressful enough without this mess up. Will probably go back to park and ride.

When I looked at the cost of parking in one of the airport car parks and compared it to the services of Park & Go I decided this must be easier, cheaper and better. That proved to be 100% correct. Would recommend to anybody and will certainly use Park & Go again when using Stansted.

Excellent Service. Staff were present when we arrived and speedily accepted our car. On our return, they were very helpful when we were delayed because of lost luggage.
