I have been booking through Park and Go for the last 7 years, never had any problems as yet. Does what it says, all as expected, good service at a good price - thank you, shall definitely be using again 👍🏻

The gentleman at the reception was very professional, the bus came on time both to and from the car park and airport. Very clear instructions. Safe car park. I have used this service 3 times.

Good easy service and low cost however car park was muddy and my car was driven at least 4 times and wasn’t were I parked. Also they made lost of mess with mud in drivers area.

The car park is very unclean, the area is muddy and so your car gets very dirty both inside and out, so keep in mind you will need yo pay for a carwash on top of your cost of parking. When I arrived back in London I phoned the number to say I landed as requested and the member of staff was extremely rude, I asked where I should go and whether I have to get a bus to the car park or whether they will send a driver (as many car parks do) and he shouted back at me saying if I wanted to be picked up I should have paid for Meet and Greet, when I got to the car park they couldn’t find many peoples keys and had people waiting. The organisation is poor. I’d recommend paying £10 more and going elsewhere.

Would have given five stars except for the reception part. Ignored for ages by the guy booking the car in. When he did, he didn't seem able to use the computer competently. Great pick up at the end of the journey, no complaints about that. The car was ready and waiting, no damage. The Premier Inn shuttle bus takes you to and from the terminal, all good.

Convenient close parking but transfers to and particularly from the airport were poor. Had an hour wait on return.
