Reviewed on 8th December 2021The car park is very unclean, the area is muddy and so your car gets very dirty both inside and out, so keep in mind you will need yo pay for a carwash on top of your cost of parking. When I arrived back in London I phoned the number to say I landed as requested and the member of staff was extremely rude, I asked where I should go and whether I have to get a bus to the car park or whether they will send a driver (as many car parks do) and he shouted back at me saying if I wanted to be picked up I should have paid for Meet and Greet, when I got to the car park they couldn’t find many peoples keys and had people waiting. The organisation is poor. I’d recommend paying £10 more and going elsewhere.

Reviewed on 20th October 2021Would have given five stars except for the reception part. Ignored for ages by the guy booking the car in. When he did, he didn't seem able to use the computer competently. Great pick up at the end of the journey, no complaints about that. The car was ready and waiting, no damage. The Premier Inn shuttle bus takes you to and from the terminal, all good.

Reviewed on 11th August 2021Issues on arrival with my booking not being found on the system. All very stressful. I then had to chase my provider for them to resend the booking confirmation. On arrival back at the airport I had to wait over 20 minutes for the bus. Key collection was easy but I then had a piece of paper stuck to my windscreen, on the inside, that when removed left the sticky stuff behind. Not the greatest experience.
