A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

I was very impressed on both my arrival at Bristol airport and when I collectted my car up on my return, but unfortunetly when I arrived home I noticed that my car's rear bumper had been hit by another car but as I had left the airport I cannot prove what had happened but it has tought me to check the car next time.

Very efficient drop off and collection. Only issue was we found a stray piece of wire attached to the underside of the vehicle on our way home... it may or may not have been picked up in the parking area! Came loose easily and no damage.

Drop off and pick up were excellent. On time and the driver was friendly and polite. However, the car was covered in a large amount of bird droppings. They had to be cleaned off immediately the day I got home otherwise the paintwork would have been damaged.

Very good, excellent service. Only complaint is that car came back very dirty covered in bird dropping. The car must have been parked under a tree or something.

Great service, but the driver that dropped off the vehicle was a smoker.......its not against the law but something I do not like especially the smell in my car on return. I also noticed on the paperwork that any damage incurred was my responsibility and to be covered by my insurance ????? This would put me of next time considering I am not driving !

Excellent responsive service. No waiting at all either end. Only issue was the number to call on arrival on the info was wrong as number turned off but we found another number online so was fine. Really friendly drivers. Will definitely use again.

Really good service, pick up has to be quick but just enough time to check the car over.

Good service at drop off and pick up - waited no more than 2 minutes even though return flight was 90 minutes late. Friendly staff at all hours. Clear and concise paperwork. Down side - a bit pricey compared to other "independents" in the area.
