A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

The new meet and greet area at Bristol Airport is a disaster, especially for disabled travellers. It actually looks as if it has been created to stop meet and greet with no cover. The service provided by the meet and great staff was very good but as a nearly 80 year old it would have been most helpful if he could have lifted my case into the boot.

Really good service, arrived when called on arrival, a very easy exchange. On return was waiting outside as we exited after we called, all very smooth. My only suggestion is maybe a business name/lanyard on the person taking the vehicle would probably make people feel more comfortable when arriving late or departing late especially as it felt a bit like giving our car to a complete stranger.. even though obviously it was arranged but I think a company profile would be good to see when handing over your vehicle, signing of a document just something to say this is who we are etc. etc. However would recommend and use again.

Excellent service, there waiting for us at airport on arrival, quick chat and straight through to departures, same on return, phoned up once cases collected and car arrived outside in minutes, only small negative was car was filthy dirty when arrived to pick us up, covered in bird mess ect, I understand this can’t be avoided but maybe a nice touch to power wash the car before returning? Just a small thing but the little touches go along way I’d say, but overall excellent service.

I would have given a 5 star review but the person who delivered our car back to us was quite unhelpful and didn’t speak to me at all. I was struggling with a wheelchair with mum in and all the cases, and he just watched as I struggled to even get to the car.

Excellent service, quick response on return to bring car to Meet and Greet area, minor gripe- booking instructions don't say exactly where to meet A4 Meet & Greet when bringing car as extremely busy area - it's not the Bristol Airport Meet and Greet office but to the right where the diagonal parking spaces are.

Excellent service from this company from departure to arrival. Very prompt and courteous. Only reason for 4 stars is that the car was dirty with leaves, etc due to being parked under a tree - would appreciate parking away from trees in future.

Have used A4 Meet and Greet Parking on several occasions. Easy on-line booking, competitive prices, good response time to telephone calls and, other than one pick up, very quick to arrive with the car. Usually only 6-9 miles on the clock, car has been muddy on return and the dash-cam has always been disconnected. Would be 5 star but for these minor beefs.

First time user!! Found it easy to use, phone call was a little bit frustrating as signal wasn't that great. Car was very muddy and needs to go to the car wash!
