Reviewed on 26th August 2024The company are competitively priced but was not happy with service. I have used meet and greet at various airports and previously at Bristol so comparing this to other experiences. Did the usual call 20 minutes prior to getting to airport and aware of the £6 extra charge and time limits at the drop and go. On getting to the drop zone was waiting over 5 minutes with no one meeting me. This prompted a mild panic and calls to ask where our “greeter” was. Was informed he should be there. There was no one around vaguely looking like they were looking for us. This prompted a further call which I was informed the greeter should be there. Eventually a young Eastern European male turned up and took the keys with no check of the vehicle and left with concerns that we had most likely gone over the allocated time in the drop and go zone. On returning it was a similar service when calling after collecting our luggage. The call taker said the drop off would be 5 minutes later but arrived over ten minutes later, not too terrible but the young lad dropping the car literally got out the car, gave the keys and rushed off again without any check of the car, conversation or paperwork. Whilst I appreciate the costs are tight in this business I would have hated to have left an expensive car. Other meet and greet companies I have used have a dress code and something to look out for when you arrive, they have also done a check of the car and provided paperwork with any noted damage and mileage etc to protect both parties. I have made a note of the company for the only purpose of not using them again next time.

Reviewed on 18th August 2023We have used A4 parking many times without any problems.but this time we arrived back in Bristol at 01.30.it was dark and couldn't see the state of the car.My husband noticed when he went to wash the car, that the wheels were covered in mud,and all up the side of the car.After washing it he noticed that one of the alloys had been badly damaged.Rang the company spoke to the gentleman who I could hardly understand.i asked to speak to the manager,but told he was unavailable,so send an email.im sure this parking has been taken over by someone else,as we have never experienced this before.we will never use this again.People be aware and think twice before using this meet and greet 🤔

Reviewed on 4th June 2023Always use Park & Go and will continue to do so long as our car doesn't come back in the state it was this time. "Bird muck" and I mean lots of it. Absolutely covered in it. Top, sides, front and back. Wherever it was parked this time, was just not good enough! Sorry guys you just gotta do better than that next time. !!!!

Reviewed on 23rd April 2023I have used many times. This time though very disappointed with state of the inside of the car. Mud in both front and back of car, so much had to shampoo the mats!! Perhaps, foot paper protectors in car would be a good idea.

Reviewed on 30th September 2018A4 driver rude at delivery.Big delay at collection. Deduction = too much business for the staff available. It's not the customer's fault if A4 are very busy!

Reviewed on 15th July 2018On arrival they told us to park by the level crossing....there isn't one! On return we were left waiting for over 20 minutes in the rain for our car. Apologetic and pleasant staff.

Reviewed on 24th June 2018On pick up the condition of the car was incredible, we had to remove six Snails which were stuck to the side of the car and the rear of the car was covered in tree seeds and bits of leaves. Annoyingly the driver who returned the car thought it was funn y. I have a booking with starting 16 July which is lengthy, casn you assure me that the car is going to be taken to a car park as described on tyour website and not to some field and returned in an even worse state.

Reviewed on 10th June 2017Drop off went well, but return did not. I phoned leaving the departure area and was told my car would be there in a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes I called again and was told they couldn't find the booking. Eventually my car arrived after 27 minutes from calling.

Reviewed on 29th November 2016This is the 2nd time this year i've used A4 meet and greet, 1st time I waited 30 mins on my return, the 2nd time 25mins prior to departure, lucky I was in plenty of time. Not sure if this company understand the concept of MEET AND GREET. Needless to say I will not use them again.
