A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

The drop off service was fine, but disappointed to have to wait nearly 40 minutes for our car to be returned. I am aware that the drop off zone was very busy, but still a poor service. Previous times however, have been excellent.

Drop off and return were fast with no problems. Inside of car was covered in muddy footprints on return.

Prior to my arrival at the airport in march this year I rang 20mins beforehand as instructed and was asked to ring again when I was 10 minutes from the airport. This time I rang when I was 10 minutes from the airport and was told that I should have rung when I was 20 minutes from the airport. Can someone please make up their minds as to what they want. On return the floor in both the drivers and front passenger side of the vehicle was filthy. No care was taken to prevent this. Possibly a paper mat could have been used to prevent this from happening. I have not had a problem before and if I use you again I hope it will not reoccur.

Ask for them to not park your car under near the trees. I have lots of flies in my car.

The car was returned promptly which was helpful but the process felt rushed and quite unprofessional. Also the person on the telephone on our return was definitely not friendly and again seemed unprofessional. This does not inspire confidence.

Needed to wait nearly half an hour to be met when we returned which sort of defeats the object of Meet and greet. Very friendly staff though.

Great service when I dropped the car off. However when I returned I walked over to the car and the driver jumped out, handed the keys to me and walked off. He didn't even check my name, which didn't feel very secure. He could have given my keys to anyone. At least checking the name would make me feel more comfortable.

Wasn't clear where to go. Was rude when I got there. When picking up was rude again. Not pleasant guy.

Outward journey very efficient. Return journey not! Waited 20 minutes after confusion from their text messaging, they don't answer them apparently and missed our reply! Always ring them I would say! Very polite driver, apologising for delay though.

Drop off and pick up were excellent. Score rating is low due to car being covered in sap from trees. The company did give me my five pounds back for a car wash, but even so not the best experience. Not sure where they are parking the cars, but would try another one next time.
