Excellent service as always, even though our flight was delayed.

I was very impressed on both my arrival at Bristol airport and when I collectted my car up on my return, but unfortunetly when I arrived home I noticed that my car's rear bumper had been hit by another car but as I had left the airport I cannot prove what had happened but it has tought me to check the car next time.

On pick up the condition of the car was incredible, we had to remove six Snails which were stuck to the side of the car and the rear of the car was covered in tree seeds and bits of leaves. Annoyingly the driver who returned the car thought it was funn y. I have a booking with starting 16 July which is lengthy, casn you assure me that the car is going to be taken to a car park as described on tyour website and not to some field and returned in an even worse state.

As usual, you are always there giving an excellent service. I would recommend your service to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service. See you next time we fly.
