Car and driver great, however clearly was parked under conifers, driver had hosed car down prior to drop off.

Credit where it’s due, amazing service, friendly staff who knew their stuff. Whilst I was late getting through traffic they understood and understood the traffic situation too, very informed. On return I could not have had my car returned any quicker, brilliant service indeed! I will be using a4 again.

Drop off and pick up were excellent. On time and the driver was friendly and polite. However, the car was covered in a large amount of bird droppings. They had to be cleaned off immediately the day I got home otherwise the paintwork would have been damaged.
