A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Absolutely spot on service We booked parking only the day before, called them from 30 minutes away and the driver was waiting for us upon arrival. Upon return we called as we walked out of the terminal building and by the time I had walked to the collection area they were pulling in to meet us. Felt very smug driving past everyone picking up their keys and waiting for buses to the car park. Cannot recommend A4 Meet and Greet enough. Also the car was returned to me in the condition I left it with them in which another bonus.

This is the 3rd time I have parked with A4 Meet and Greet booking through Park & Go this year. I needed to change the date of my arrival which was easy to do & A4 were happy to meet me at the hotel at the airport to save the £6. Definitely recommend them.

Use these guys all the time. They are always prompt and professional. Booked again with them next year .

Absolutely excellent - service was exactly as promised on the website, and fantastic value for money compared to other providers. Driver was there on time to collect the car on departure and turned up barely 5 minutes after we rang outside Arrivals to say we’d landed and were ready to go home. Highly recommended - made life so much easier.

The company are competitively priced but was not happy with service. I have used meet and greet at various airports and previously at Bristol so comparing this to other experiences. Did the usual call 20 minutes prior to getting to airport and aware of the £6 extra charge and time limits at the drop and go. On getting to the drop zone was waiting over 5 minutes with no one meeting me. This prompted a mild panic and calls to ask where our “greeter” was. Was informed he should be there. There was no one around vaguely looking like they were looking for us. This prompted a further call which I was informed the greeter should be there. Eventually a young Eastern European male turned up and took the keys with no check of the vehicle and left with concerns that we had most likely gone over the allocated time in the drop and go zone. On returning it was a similar service when calling after collecting our luggage. The call taker said the drop off would be 5 minutes later but arrived over ten minutes later, not too terrible but the young lad dropping the car literally got out the car, gave the keys and rushed off again without any check of the car, conversation or paperwork. Whilst I appreciate the costs are tight in this business I would have hated to have left an expensive car. Other meet and greet companies I have used have a dress code and something to look out for when you arrive, they have also done a check of the car and provided paperwork with any noted damage and mileage etc to protect both parties. I have made a note of the company for the only purpose of not using them again next time.
