This is the 2nd time this year i've used A4 meet and greet, 1st time I waited 30 mins on my return, the 2nd time 25mins prior to departure, lucky I was in plenty of time. Not sure if this company understand the concept of MEET AND GREET. Needless to say I will not use them again.

Phoned ahead - as requested - from Gordano services. Guy was waiting for us in the drop-off. He took pictures to confirm the car's condition. On our return we called when we had our bags and only had to wait less than a minute for the car. Excellent service and will use them again.

Our experience with A4 meet and greet, was excellent, on both departure and arrival, we were meet with prompt, friendly representatives. Would use again without any hesitation.
