A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Getting someone to answer the phone number was a disaster. We arrived at airport in plenty of time, but no-one answered the phone to come and collect our car. We were just about to give up and pay a fortune to park when they answered the phone, still took over 1/2 hour to collect our car. It was the early hours of the morning by it was booked a month in advance. Coming back from our holiday was better service and car was ready for us, hence why we only gave a 3 rating. Saying all this, we would use them again.

Brilliant service, were there waiting when I got to Bristol airport, very friendly helpful service, and I will use again! Thank you.

Amazing! Phoned to say we were through customs and as we walked to the express drop off there was our car ready and waiting - felt like a luxury.

Excellent service. Very prompt and friendly. Also, extremely sympathetic when we had to cancel previous trip at short notice for medical reasons - agreed without hesitation to hold a credit for us until next trip. Only criticism - car delivered back with extensive mud spattering. Otherwise would certainly have been 5*. Very good firm to deal with.

A fast, friendly, efficient drop off and pick up service. You deliver and retrieve from the express drop off point. The car is parked for you off the site. Very fast.

This was a really excellent service, we were met at the airport when we arrived, no waiting around and the same on our return. It was a bit more expensive than other local companies which is the only reason for not giving top marks.
