Excellent service. Very prompt and convenient. Will definitely use again. The only slight hiccup was that the drop off car park was supposed to charge me £1 to exit but for some reason asked for £12. However the parking personnel returned a few minutes later and paid the charge for me so I didn't have to pay. Not sure why that happened but can only imagine the car was brought back earlier than requested.

Simple, efficient, well priced and hassle free. I can highly recommend this service. It was actually cheaper than parking the car ourselves and so nice to be able to just arrive at the drop off zone, unload and hand the car over instead of messing around with buses. On return our car was back waiting for us by the time we'd collected bags. EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!

The collection and delivery of the car was "spot on". However I was disappointed there was no "vehicle inspection" carried out before or after delivery/collection. Also someone had either been smoking in our car or someone who was a smoker and whos clothes had "smoke odour" had been driving the car, as ther was a "stink" in the car after it was delivered.

Friendly staff, very reasonable, and excellent service. A member of staff was waiting for us when we arrived at Bristol airport and on our return was by our car with the keys. Will definitely use Park and Go again.
