Took 30 minutes from collection of baggage to car arriving, coming from temp of 30 to stand for that length of time at 8 degrees, by which time all other people on same flight had gone. We would have been better off parking in airport car parks and taking minibuses - would have saved us time - which was why we booked this service. Very unlikely to use again.
