Our meet and greet went very smoothly both on departure and return - way quicker and easier than the car parks. 100% recommend.

Although the service idea is a good one I will not choose this again because I found the person that I collected my car back from rude and aggressive and really quite unsettling. Being a woman on my own at 2am in the morning having somebody really wanting to argue with me and be unpleasant From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to collecting the car.and I hadn’t done anything wrong! I hadn’t done anything different to what was arranged, it really upset me. The guy just wanted to have a go at me.It’s really unsettling and I couldn’t shake it off for the hour journey home. A real bully.

Really efficient service, already at the airport waiting for us at 4.45am, then only a 5 minute wait on pick up.

Very efficient service. The only thing stopping a five star rating was the muddy boot marks left on carpet and pedals.

Needed to wait nearly half an hour to be met when we returned which sort of defeats the object of Meet and greet. Very friendly staff though.
