A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

The parking all went well and we didn't have to wait at drop off and pick up having followed the requests to call ahead. If the driver wasn't so impolite we would have given a 5 rating.

Outward journey very efficient. Return journey not! Waited 20 minutes after confusion from their text messaging, they don't answer them apparently and missed our reply! Always ring them I would say! Very polite driver, apologising for delay though.

The meet was very efficient and the handover was easy. On collection of the vehicle, the car arrived swiftly after leaving the terminal however there was no security check to see if it was my vehicle on handing it back to me. No reference match or request for ID to prove it was my vehicle, the keys were just handed over.

I have used A4 Meet & Greet for several years. Always prompt & friendly, I have never had a concern about handing over my keys. This morning my car was delivered to the front door of the Hilton within 10 minutes of a call - great customer service, thanks to the Bristol team.

Used numerous times and prompt and easy sevice as usual. Will use again for sure.

Drop off and pick up were excellent. Score rating is low due to car being covered in sap from trees. The company did give me my five pounds back for a car wash, but even so not the best experience. Not sure where they are parking the cars, but would try another one next time.

Everything went smoothly, just follow their instructions to ring them 20 minutes from the airport and they will be there to meet you. On return ring them once you have cleared customs and they are waiting in the car park. A first class service, will use A4 Meet and Greet every time I travel abroad.
