Reviewed on 5th October 2025Pick up a bit late, but heavy traffic so understandable. The drop off system at Bristol has changed and when we got back we were unsure where to go, The man at A4 who we telephoned helpfully said "can't you remember where we had the car picked up?" Clearly we could not as we wouldn't have asked. He was rude and unhelpful claiming not to know what the signs at the airport said to direct us the the pick up. We gat there with help from airport staff, but when the car arrived and we flagged down the driver he just thrust the keys into my hands with out asking my name. We have used this company at least fifty times before but they clearly need to look at their staff behaviour.
