Collection and re-delivery went very efficiently but I don't believe the car had been parked on a hard surface as the tyre rims were covered in mud when I took redelivery. Also my floor mats had muddy footprints which, for sure, weren't there when I dropped it off.

Booked through Park & Go for the first time & it worked perfectly. We had a ‘meet & greet’ ….meet in the drop of zone Bristol Airport, phone 20 minutes before arrival at the airport, driver was there ready & waiting, offloaded luggage & gave me a piece of paper with instructions for return. On return, the instructions are clear & idiot proof, phone only once outside airport, did that & proceeded to drop off zone, driver arrived within a minute. Car checked & all good, 1st class service, very competitive price & helpful & responsive contact number if you’ve any questions. You pay the £5 into car park via the driver & then out of the car park but the basic price is so competitive it’s still a very good price. Highly recommended.

We always use this service for convenience and to avoid the outrageous Bristol Airport prices. Always prompt and efficient.
