Great location, quick check in, 2 minutes to the terminal. All the staff were friendly. Good value for money

Great price and location. Drop off very quick and easy (journey time to terminal can’t be much more than a couple of minutes without traffic). On return delays were caused to my journey because both minibuses were full with other customers. Traffic is obviously no one’s fault, but perhaps another minibus could be considered at times of peak demands to avoid an extra wait. To their credit, though delays caused me to pick up my keys an hour after my paid-for time had expired, there were no issues and the keys were handed over very quickly again. All in all a good service that I’ll likely use again.

Oakwood Parking. The car park was easy to find just outside Bristol Airport. We parked up, checked into the office to hand car keys over then there was a bus waiting to to drop us off outside airport. On getting back to Bristol we just had to wait 5 minutes after phone call from arrivals.

Well pleased with the service I received.

Easily booked, short distance from airport, didn't have to wait long for minibus on way out or back. Only downside is it is a bit muddy and dusty, cases ended up but dirty from the minibus floor but all in all a good service and half the price of onsite airport parking.

First time using this service and very impressed. Affordable, prompt and friendly service. Will definitely be using them next year. Only negative is the fact that two busses when a busy flight comes in was not enough and people were fighting to get on and not wait 20 minutes for shuttle turn around.

My experience was very good; on arrival parking was within 50 metres of the Reception Kiosk. Handover of keys was simple. Minibus to Terminals on hand. On return, minibus was waiting and collection of car keys simple. Staff cheerful and helpful.

Busy but efficient. A smile from staff would improve the experience.

No frills, excellent drop off and pick up, what more do you need 😊
