Excellent service. Quick transfers. Minibus arrived within a few minutes of phoning on landing home. Friendly and helpful staff. Have used a few times. Tried a nearby competitor and they were awful. Only criticism is that there is nowhere to wait if it's rining.

Very good. No problems at all with dropping off or picking up, only reason I didn't give a 5 was the place we waited in at Oakwood was just a shack with rain dripping in. Having said that it was only a few minutes to wait so 4 1/2 really.

Departure to airport went to plan, however arrival was a bit chaotic, everybody rushing for the return bus and when arrived at the car park found I had been blocked in by another car. This took over 30 minutes to sort out. Whist staff apologised for the delay it could have been avoided with better planning.

Great place/staff. Near the airport, fast drop off/ collection. Only fault this time........a broken toilet (not good after a long journey to get there)

On arrival back from airport and asking where car might be told “press key and lights will come “ on in what seemed to me as a short and flippant response. Not sort of answer after 2 hr delay and 02.00 in morning.. Transfers were good and normally a 5 rating. Will continue to use Oakwood Parking as they provide a competitive and reliable airports transfer service.

Good experience however when we returned there was a car parked blocking ours in, not a problem just irritating. Collection of car keys was painfully slow. However having said all that we shall continue to use you for proximity and ease of transfer.

Used Oakwood many many times and find them brilliant, polite and friendly. I’ve never had any issues as regards to my car however every time there is a long wait for transportation as they are so busy and always only have one minibus, takes an average of an hour from baggage to car.

Would have been 5 but big muddy footprints and clods of mud in the footwell drivers side.

Good, no waiting around and drivers friendly.

Second visit to Oakwood, won’t be the last. Good value for money. Only thing to make it a 5 star is better lighting and tarmac in the drop off area, it’s quite muddy if it rains. Otherwise it’s great value and close to the airport.
