we were met on arrival by a very chatty man. only waited 5 minutes for mini bus, as it was full when we arrived. On our return, same thing, phoned to say we were ready. Within 5 minuted the lady was there to pick us up. Will use this parking again, good price and car waiting right by drop off point. Very happy with it, thanks.

Stress-free parking with no delays.

Usually park down at the opposition, on this occasion I went to Oakwood Parking. Very well organised, straight up to the airport, on return a quick phone call and the mini bus was there in less than five minutes. Gave all the passengers their keys at the airport so no waiting, just jump in your car and go. Will use again.

On arrival to the parking area there was no direction on where the collection point was. If it wasn't for the long queue of people already waiting we would not have known where to wait. Thank god it wasn't raining or the rating would have dropped to a 2. The service was understaffed, the poor guy was flat out taking details from us and others, taking calls giving directions. Well done mate! The return trip was prompt and hassle free and our vehicle was waiting for us.

I was delighted with the efficiency and cheerfulness of my driver. Particularly as we returned an hour late and it was midnight !
