Great efficient service, both departing and arriving. Staff were friendly and helpful with luggage. We weren’t kept waiting for the bus to turn up, it was there within minutes. Great service will definitely be using Oakwood again

All in all a good experience. Got there and back quickly ...only slight complaint was we arrived at 4.30am and car park had no lighting, was pitch black. But would use again.

Very good service, quick and efficient. I had difficulty finding the car in the dark on return, take a torch if you are going in the dark.

Arrived at 0700 on May 5. All went smoothly. On our return there were too many passengers for the minibus because of simultaneously arrival of three flights. We were pushed out of the way by rude, younger people and had to wait a further 20 minutes for the next bus. Not a good experience!

Our experience going out was as usual exceptional, the driver was on time helpful and courteous. Our return experience was on time but the driver was surly and unhelpful and it was dark, 11 pm at night. When we asked where our car was he replied “ somewhere in the car park “ and no help with the cases. Your service and value is good but this representative let you down. Holiday May 8th to 19th.

First time I used your service. Arrived and instantly put on bus and taken to airport. Waited 5 minutes after landing for bus, no problems. Car was right by the exit. Will use again. Very good price and service. Thanks again.
