Have been using this car park for a while and always has been a very smooth top experience but this time was incredibly disorganised on return to bristol. Too many people waiting for the mini bus and not enough seats for everyone and chaos.

Excellent service. Thank you. This was my third time using Park and Go. It is so easy and convenient to the airport. Will definitely be using them again.

This is the second time I've used Oakwood and both times the service has been very good. Does what it says on the can. Keep it up.

Very organised and punctual.

It was adequate, did what it said on the box. Pick-up car park it gravel, so wheeled cases not so clever and the bus is an old transit, not so good for those with any mobility issues - if you have to clamber in the back! Short hop from the terminal and cheaper than bigger car parks. Was a bit disorganised and crowded when dropping off the car, but it was basically okay.
